We use inquiry details to understand the logistics need and reply. Do not send sensitive personal data through the form.
Who we are
This website and contact form are operated by Klirpoint OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia.
What information we collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, company name, message content, origin, destination, volume, work needed, route requirements, shipment details, and any other information you choose to share with us.
How we use your information
We use your information to review your inquiry, reply, understand your logistics requirements, prepare an operating proposal, handle requested services, and keep business records related to your request.
Legal basis
Where applicable, we process your information to take steps before entering into a business relationship, to pursue our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, and to comply with legal obligations connected to logistics, customs, tax, or trade processes.
Service providers
We may use service providers such as website hosting, email, form processing, analytics, logistics, customs, warehousing, transport, or fulfilment partners where needed to respond to your request or provide services.
International logistics context
Because logistics can involve cross-border routes, your business information may need to be shared with relevant providers or authorities in the countries involved in a shipment, but only where needed for the inquiry or service.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, prepare or provide services, and satisfy legal, tax, customs, or record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data. You can contact us to make a privacy request.
